Yes. Pricing includes all offered Pharma Setu ERP modules. A customer may choose which modules to activate and use operationally.

Yes. A customer can maintain multiple company profiles and create separate quotations and orders for each company.

The minimum purchase is 10 users. Pricing is progressive: the first 10 users use the first-slab rate, users 11 to 30 use the second-slab rate, and users above 30 use the third-slab rate. The same progressive method applies to annual AMC.

An automatically generated quotation is normally valid for 15 days unless the quotation states a different period.

Authorized staff can approve an adjustment for an individual unpaid quotation. The reason and audit details are recorded, and the quotation is locked after payment begins.

Yes. The registered company country determines a market group, and the customer can choose from that group's published currencies. Overseas quotations currently use the configured export treatment under LUT; payment method, hosting region, travel, local requirements, and support terms remain part of the formal quotation.

The formal quotation uses the payment schedule configured in its published price book. The current INR standard has four instalments: the first payment is at least INR 3,00,000; when an equal one-fourth share is higher, all four instalments are equal. Otherwise, the balance after the first payment is divided equally across the remaining milestones. On-site training fees remain payable separately after training. Authorized staff may approve an individual quotation schedule before payment starts.

The implementation team coordinates and confirms the training start date. During the preparation period, Pharma Setu ERP provides migration data templates and collection instructions only when data migration is required for the agreed scope.

Published base prices exclude tax. GST is currently calculated at 18% for applicable domestic transactions and is shown separately in the estimate or quotation.

Payments are non-refundable after receipt except where required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing. Verified duplicate or processing-error payments are reviewed separately.

Razorpay processes hosted payments. Signed payment webhooks, rather than browser redirects, are used to confirm payment status in the website system.

Payment begins onboarding and provisioning. The implementation team reviews company information, prepares the approved deployment, performs verification checks, and then sends secure activation instructions.

Cloud installation is included in the current ERP subscription price, subject to the hosting and commercial terms confirmed in the quotation.

Yes, for quotations with at least 50 licensed ERP users. On-premises deployment carries an additional charge and may require a setup visit. It grants the agreed right to use the ERP but does not transfer software or source-code ownership.

Migration requirements are collected during company onboarding. Scope, source quality, mapping, validation, responsibilities, and any additional charges are confirmed before migration work begins.

Online training uses two-hour sessions and currently has a configurable minimum of ten sessions, or twenty hours total. After booking payment, customers submit preferred weekdays and time windows. Staff assigns the trainer and exact sessions, then the customer confirms the complete schedule or requests a change.

Staff checks trainer working hours, leave, travel, buffers, booking notice, existing assignments, and the customer timezone before proposing exact dates. The schedule is confirmed only after the customer accepts it.

On-site training has a minimum of two days and a current maximum of ten days, with six training hours per day. Customers submit preferred dates and venue details. Staff reviews trainer travel, venue, visa, and scheduling requirements and sends the exact schedule for customer confirmation.

No. Recording online training is not permitted. The maximum number of participants is the number of licensed ERP users on the quotation.

Yes. Customers can request additional users for a company. The applicable price is calculated and processed through a separate quotation and payment flow.

Annual maintenance is calculated per active licensed user using the applicable user band. AMC is billed separately from the one-time ERP licence.

The system tracks renewal dates, prepares renewal records, and shows upcoming, invoiced, paid, or overdue AMC status to customers and staff.

The exact maintenance, update, support, response, and exclusion terms are defined in the accepted quotation or service agreement.

Yes. The mobile app provides focused operational access for approvals, QR-code scanning, stock checks, production and QC numbers, notifications, and key management KPIs.

No. Detailed master data, configuration, transaction entry, investigation, reporting, and administrative work remain in the browser ERP. The app is designed for rapid review, scanning, visibility, and selected actions.

No automatic or universal certification claim is made. Pharma Setu ERP provides configurable controls that can support GMP-oriented workflows, electronic records, audit evidence, and 21 CFR Part 11 readiness activities when appropriately configured and operated.

The ERP can support lifecycle approvals, traceability, document control, training records, quality events, and audit evidence relevant to Schedule M-oriented operating practices. Each organization remains responsible for its procedures, validation, configuration, and regulatory obligations.

Yes. Website accounts, quotations, payments, and provisioning records are maintained separately from ERP tenant operational databases.

No. Razorpay handles payment credentials. Pharma Setu ERP does not store card metadata, bank or UPI credentials, reusable payment tokens, or complete payment-provider payloads. We retain only minimal transaction references and reconciliation fields. The website also does not request ERP passwords, database credentials, or cloud secrets through onboarding forms.
