Refund and Cancellation

Pharma Setu ERP is a product and business offering of Meghsundar Pvt Ltd. Payments described in this policy are received by Meghsundar Pvt Ltd, GSTIN 24AAOCM9154C1ZD.

Non-refundable payments

Payments made against a confirmed Pharma Setu ERP quotation, implementation, installation, or training milestone are non-refundable after receipt, except where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Meghsundar Pvt Ltd.

Training changes

Training-date changes are subject to staff availability. Non-recoverable travel, accommodation, visa, venue, or third-party costs incurred for an on-site visit remain payable when a customer cancels or reschedules.

Failed or duplicate payments

Failed payments are not treated as received. A verified duplicate payment or payment-processing error will be reviewed against payment-provider records and handled according to applicable law and provider procedures.

Effective 5 September 2026. The accepted quotation or written agreement will govern where it contains transaction-specific terms.
