Service provider and product identity

Pharma Setu ERP is a product and business offering of Meghsundar Pvt Ltd. These terms form an agreement with Meghsundar Pvt Ltd, GSTIN 24AAOCM9154C1ZD, for use of the website, software licence, implementation, training, support, and related services identified in the applicable quotation or agreement.

Software licence and ownership

A paid subscription or on-premises installation grants the customer the agreed right to use Pharma Setu ERP. It does not sell, assign, or transfer ownership of the software, source code, deployment materials, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

On-premises deployment

On-premises installation is available for quotations with at least 50 licensed ERP users and remains subject to the quotation and applicable licence conditions. Setup visits and related travel, stay, food, and visa expenses may be charged separately. Application storage supplied for deployment may use encryption and access controls to protect proprietary code, system integrity, and licensed components.

Training

Online training uses the session duration and minimum session count stated in the emailed calculated pricing and formal quotation. The current standard minimum is ten sessions of two hours each. Participants cannot exceed the licensed ERP user count, and recording online training is not permitted. On-site training has a minimum of two days, with six training hours per day, at the applicable professional fee stated in the emailed calculation or formal quotation. Travel, stay, food, local transport, and applicable visa expenses are additional. On-site service is subject to location, trainer travel, and visa feasibility, and may require written confirmation before payment.

Quotation and payment schedule

Quotations remain valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. The payment schedule and minimum first payment are stated in the applicable quotation. Under the current INR standard, the ERP implementation amount is divided into four equal instalments when each instalment is at least INR 3,00,000. If an equal share is lower, the first payment is INR 3,00,000 and the remaining balance is divided equally across the other three milestones. Non-INR and individually approved schedules are stated in the applicable quotation. After the booking payment is confirmed, the training start date is coordinated and migration data templates or instructions are provided when migration is required. On-site training fees are payable after training. Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Taxes

Applicable domestic IT services are currently quoted with GST at 18%. Any legally applicable tax deduction at source remains subject to the customer, transaction, thresholds, certificates, and tax law in force; customers should obtain tax advice where required.
