Email Subscription Policy

Pharma Setu ERP is a product and business offering of Meghsundar Pvt Ltd. Email subscriptions are managed by Meghsundar Pvt Ltd, GSTIN 24AAOCM9154C1ZD.
This policy forms part of the Pharma Setu ERP Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This policy explains how Pharma Setu ERP collects and uses email addresses submitted for optional product, educational, event, and promotional communications. It does not govern operational emails required to provide an account, quotation, payment, onboarding, support, security, or ERP provisioning service.
2. What you may receive
Subscribers may receive Pharma Setu ERP product news, manufacturing ERP guidance, implementation resources, webinar or event announcements, service offers, and related company updates. Subscription does not create a purchase obligation.
3. Consent and confirmation
Subscription is voluntary. We record the email address, consent wording and version, submission source, date and time, and limited technical evidence such as IP address and browser user-agent. We use a confirmation email to verify that the subscriber controls the submitted address. Marketing emails begin only after confirmation is completed.
4. Email service provider
We use Brevo as an email delivery and contact-management service. Subscriber information is shared with Brevo only as necessary to manage subscriptions, send communications, process suppression lists, and measure delivery. Brevo may process information using infrastructure and service providers outside the subscriber's country, subject to its contractual and security safeguards.
5. Unsubscribing and withdrawal
Every marketing email will provide an unsubscribe or preference-management link. A subscriber may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. After withdrawal, the address may be retained on a suppression list so that marketing messages are not sent again by mistake. Withdrawal from marketing does not stop transactional or service emails connected with an account or purchase.
6. Retention and protection
Subscription and consent evidence is retained while the subscription is active and afterward only for a reasonable period needed to honour unsubscribe requests, resolve complaints, maintain audit evidence, and meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and do not sell subscriber email addresses.
7. Your choices and contact
You may ask us to correct subscription information, explain its use, or remove it where applicable. Contact info@pharmasetuerp.com with the subject 'Email Privacy Request'. We may take reasonable steps to verify the request before acting on it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our communications, service providers, or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
