Pharma Setu ERP is a product and business offering of Meghsundar Pvt Ltd. This website and its customer portals are operated by Meghsundar Pvt Ltd, GSTIN 24AAOCM9154C1ZD.

The website stores account information, enquiries, demo requests, company onboarding data, quotation and payment references, provisioning records, support requests, pricing-calculator requests, and consent evidence for the purpose of providing and improving Pharma Setu ERP services.

Country-specific pricing

The pricing page may use an approximate country code supplied by our hosting, content-delivery, or reverse-proxy provider to suggest a relevant calculator market and currency. This can be inaccurate when using a VPN, mobile network, corporate gateway, or while travelling. Visitors can correct the country using the pricing selector, and the selected country is saved in a first-party preference cookie. Formal quotations use the registered company country rather than this browsing-location suggestion. When no trusted country code or saved preference is available, the calculator defaults to International / Other in USD. Commercial rates and calculated totals are not displayed publicly.

Pricing calculation requests

To receive calculated pricing, we collect the company name, email address, selected country and, when provided, mobile number together with the calculator choices. We send a short-lived email verification code before delivering the detailed result. The request does not create an account, formal quotation, or marketing subscription. Unverified and verified request records may be retained for security, request history, follow-up, and legitimate business-record purposes, subject to applicable law and deletion requests.

Demo requests

To prepare and arrange a requested product demonstration, we collect contact and company details, organization and location information, expected users and manufacturing locations, current systems, implementation timeline, workflow interests, business goals, and contact or scheduling preferences. We send a short-lived email verification code before the request is released to our sales team. Demo verification does not create an account or subscribe the address to promotional email. Unverified attempts may be retained for security and abuse prevention.

Email communications

Account, security, quotation, payment, onboarding, support, and provisioning messages are transactional communications connected with a requested service. Optional product or promotional emails require separate consent and can be stopped at any time. Details are provided in our Email Subscription Policy.

Bot and abuse prevention

Public forms may use Google reCAPTCHA together with account and network rate limits to identify automated or abusive submissions. reCAPTCHA may process interaction, browser, device, network, and risk-assessment information under Google's applicable privacy and service terms. We use the assessment only to protect requested website actions and do not store the short-lived reCAPTCHA response token.

Service providers and retention

We may use contracted providers for hosting, payments, private document storage, security, and email delivery. Information is retained only as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and consent records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
